SeaPort-E

KVG was recently awarded a prime contract to provide support to US Government customers under the NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contract. The period of performance for our SeaPort-e contract is April 2, 2015 through April 4, 2019.

Areas of Support

KVG is able to provide support across all 21 functional areas within two separate SeaPort-e designated zones; Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Quality Control

KVG applies strict quality standards to all projects to be performed under the SeaPort-e umbrella; these processes and procedures are prominently driven by our invcvternal Quality Control Plan (QCP).  Our QCP is based on commercial best practices and reflects recognized standards that provide the basis for our quality control reports, checklists, and templates that are employed throughout the life of a project. The quality control processes used by KVG have been tailored from standard Quality Control (QC) processes. We focus on three core elements: (1) Conducting thorough reviews and audits, (2) Tracking; validating; and reporting performance metrics, and (3) Independently communicating feedback and reporting our findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
